COLIN COCHRANE |

Areas of Practice and Experience:
After graduating from the University of Otago in 1964, Colin decided that Hamilton
would be a nice place in which to live and work - a decision that he has never
regretted. His areas of practice include trusts and asset protection, business
contracts and property conveyancing.
Over the years Colin has built up considerable legal expertise and has served on
numerous Law Society Committees. He is highly regarded for his legal knowledge
and practical approach to practising law and he enjoys keeping up to date with
technology and other changes in the law.

Interests: Colin likes spending time with family and friends, walking, watching old movies and cooking Italian
food (the latter with varying degrees of success and failure).

SANDIE SANDFORD |

Areas of Practice and Experience:
Sandie is a notary public and has practised law in Hamilton for over 29 years after graduating from
Law School, Victoria University, Wellington. Her areas of expertise cover a wide
range of legal matters including trusts and asset protection, business contracts
and property conveyancing.
Over the years Sandie has gained a loyal clientele who value this expertise.
Interests: Sandie’s interests include cycling and fitness training for events
such as the Ironman, marathons and triathlons. She likes spending time with family,
friends and cooking.

Something you might not know: She has already completed an Ironman race and is married to a
former New Zealand Rower.

WANDA HENDRIKSE |

Areas of Practice and Experience:
Wanda is a graduate of Waikato University and has been practising law in Hamilton
since graduating. Her areas of practice include trusts and asset protection,
business contracts, retirement village administration, relationship property
agreements and commercial transactions.
Interests: Wanda enjoys running, cycling, gardening, socialising with family and friends.

ROB MORSE |

Areas of Practice and Experience:
Rob graduated from University of Otago in 1977. He was a partner in a law
firm in Whakatane for twenty years before moving to the Waikato. Rob has
had an involvement in dairy farming and has many years experience in the
legal aspects of farming, property development, subdivision and trusts.
Interests: Rob enjoys equestrian sport, hunting and fishing. |
Something you might not know: Rob ran a hotel in Val d'Isère and taught wind surfing in Corsica.

CHRISTINE DENNE |
|
Areas of Practice and Experience:
Christine is a Registered Legal Executive and completed the New Zealand
Law Society Legal Executive Certificate in 1977. She has worked for MA McBreen
and later McBreens for 25 years. She undertakes much of the firm’s estate work
as well as residential conveyancing, subdivisions, will preparation, gifting and trusts.
Interests: Christine’s interests outside work are gym workouts four mornings a week, reading
and cooking. In addition she has just been elected Area 4 Director (covering
Thames, Tauranga, Rotorua and Hamilton) of Zonta International which works to
advance the status of women globally through service and advocacy and is a past
president of the Waikato branch and council member of the New Zealand Institute
of Legal Executives. |
Something you might not know: While on a camping tour of Europe in 1974 with Pacesetter
International, the company went broke and we were stranded in Istanbul for 8 days before funding the rest of the
trip back to England from our own funds.

TERESA MACDONALD |

Areas of Practice and Experience:
Teresa is a legal executive with over 20 years experience and is a senior
member of the firm.
She works predominantly in the areas of property transactions,
re-financing, wills and trusts.
Interests: Teresa comes from a large farming family and has a busy social
calendar keeping up with family and their interests. She also enjoys fishing,
reading, travel and socialising with her friends. |
Something you might not know: I am the eldest of 14 children and was a dairy farmer before taking
up full time legal work.
